I am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the C2 certificate was withdrawn from the person in question on the 1st October 2009, due to non compliance with their tax obligations. Queries raised in connection with Income Tax returns for the years 2006, 2007 and 2008 must be resolved before they are deemed eligible to receive a C2 certificate.
