Amharc ar fhreagraContracts for community sound broadcasting services are awarded by the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland, on the recommendation of the Authority's Contract Awards Committee, in accordance with the provisions of section 64 of the Broadcasting Act 2009. The terms and conditions contained in such contracts are determined by the Authority in accordance with the provisions of section 69 of that Act. I have no function as Minister in relation to these matters.
