The matter the Deputy refers to concerns compensation in relation to asbestos. From the details supplied, it would appear to be the case that the person referred to worked in private industry. As such, I have no function in the matter. However, the Health and Safety Authority has responsibility for Occupational Health and Safety and may be able to provide some assistance in this matter.
