200 Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the follow-up of support or assistance in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17565/10]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am informed by the Garda authorities that the matter referred to by the Deputy is under investigation by them. On completion of the investigation, a file will be submitted to the Law Officers. I am also informed that in accordance with the Children First Guidelines the Health Service Executive has been informed and liaison is being maintained with the injured party and their family.
