154 Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health and Children if it is the case that the new Health Service Executive community nursing hospital in Ballincollig, County Cork, which was built with public funds, is to be put out to tender to be run by a private operator as a profit-making business; and if so, when she anticipates that this will happen.
