178 Deputy Jan O’Sullivan asked the Minister for Health and Children her views on fears expressed in County Donegal for the safety of elderly people as a result of cutbacks in the home help service; the way she plans to protect the home help service throughout the country from the effect of budget cutbacks; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
