190 Deputy Jack Wall asked the Minister for Health and Children if her attention has been drawn to the hardship that will be incurred by persons using oxygen who now have had the financial allowance removed by her; when the allowance will be reinstated in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
