Amharc ar fhreagraThis question refers to the inspection of a nursing home in Co. Donegal. Under the Health Act, 2007, statutory responsibility is given to the Chief Inspector of Social Services, part of HIQA for inspecting and registering residential services for children, older people and people with disabilities. I will pass on the information supplied by the Deputy to the Chief Inspector for appropriate attention.
