306 Deputy Martin Ferris asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of persons in her Department and office, including any Departments and offices under her aegis, employed in the civil and public service who are in receipt of a State pension. [21158/10]
Amharc ar fhreagraI assume the Deputy is referring to the State Pension (Transition, Contributory and Non-Contributory) which is administered and paid by the Department of Social Protection and based on pay related social insurance contributions. As such, the information requested by the Deputy is not available to my Department.
