Amharc ar fhreagraOn 24 April 2010, the person concerned was refused Carer's Allowance on the grounds that he is working outside the home for more than 15 hours per week. He was notified of this decision, the reasons for it and of his right of review or appeal to the Social Welfare Appeal's Office.
