76 Deputy Arthur Morgan asked the Minister for Health and Children the policy and procedures in place to ensure that Health Service Executive facilities for older persons are upgraded, when so required by the Health Information and Quality Authority, in such a manner as to cause minimum disruption to residents; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
