Amharc ar fhreagraI am informed by the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS) that their Travel Document Unit has issued correspondence to the legal representative of the person referred to by the Deputy on 13 May 2010 requesting that a new application for a travel document accompanied with the requisite supporting documentation be submitted to that Unit for consideration.

Amharc ar fhreagraI have been informed by the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS) that the person in question has lodged an application to remain in the State. This application is currently under consideration and a decision will issue to the person concerned in the near future.
