Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department issued preliminary approval for the project in question to proceed to planning stage in June 2009, subject to a number of design and costing clarifications to be submitted by Dublin City Council. My Department has since been in regular contact with the Council in relation to the project. The Council has addressed remaining design concerns and documentation has recently been submitted to my Department. This is currently being assessed with a view to progressing the project to Part VIII planning stage as soon as possible, in the context of Dublin City Council's overall Social Housing Investment Programme.
