198 Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 93 of 10 December 2009, the value of payments made to date in 2010; the number of payments which have been issued; when repayments will commence in the western region; the timetable for the completion of this process; the reclaim procedure for the next of kin; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
