67 Deputy Joanna Tuffy asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if a property (details supplied) in County Meath falls within the Navan urban renewal scheme as defined; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24958/10]
Amharc ar fhreagraDesignations under the Urban Renewal Scheme were based on Integrated Area Plans (IAPs) submitted by local authorities and were in line with recommendations made by an Expert Advisory Panel which was established by the Minister to assess all of the plans submitted. The Deputy is advised to contact the relevant local authority, i.e. Meath County Council, directly, with the complete address at Kennedy Road, Navan, to ascertain the position in respect of the specific property in question.
