129 Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason five boxes of medical card appeals have been allowed to languish in the Health Service Executive appeals office in Walkinstown, Dublin 12, since 2009; the reason these appeal forms were never transferred to the Kells office in County Meath; if she will ensure that these appeals are now dealt with in a swift manner in view of the delay already shown to applicants.
