Broughan asked the Minister for Transport if he is reviewing a report on designated parking badges and bays; if he has been in possession of this report since November 2009; and if so, the reason he has not published this document; if he will publish this document; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A review of the Disabled Parking Scheme has been carried out by my Department. I have considered this review and approved its recommendations. Work on implementing these recommendations is under way in my Department. The report will be published in the near future.
