549 Deputy John O’Mahony asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food the reason for the delay in processing a REP scheme four payment in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Mayo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28134/10]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named has received payment for his final year in REPS 3 which ran from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009. The REPS 4 contract period commences on 1 January 2010. The person named will be eligible for a REPS 4 payment in respect of 2010 when administrative checks on all 2010 applications, as well as cross-checks against Single Payment Scheme entitlements, have been completed. Payments are expected to issue in the autumn.
