Ceist:505 Deputy Frank Feighan asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the procedures he has put in place for local authorities to ensure that developers and owners of unfinished housing estates leave the sites in secure, safe and orderly condition in order to protect the livelihoods of residents who bought houses at high prices in these unfinished estates; and if local authorities have a responsibility towards persons.
