1639 Deputy Tom Hayes asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food when a felling licence will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [32410/10]
Amharc ar fhreagraI understand that the application in question has been referred to South Tipperary County Council for observations and my Department has not, as yet, received a reply. On receipt of a report from South Tipperary County Council a decision will be taken by my Department in relation to the issue of a felling licence for the site.
