243 Deputy Joanna Tuffy asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills her plans to re-open the tender process in the future for the labour market activation fund; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [32106/10]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department has completed the process for public procurement of training and education programmes for the unemployed under the Labour Activation Fund 2010. No grounds exist for the re-opening of this process. The question of whether another process of public procurement of such programmes will be undertaken will be considered as part of the Budget 2011 preparations.
