913 Deputy Leo Varadkar asked the Minister for Justice and Law Reform in respect of any state owned enterprise under the aegis of his Department, when they received the most recent annual report of that company; the date on which the Department approved the annual report; and to provide the same information for the previous financial year. I am assuming that the Deputy is referring to semi-State bodies who have a significant element of commercial or trade activities within their remit. The bodies and agencies attached to my Department provide public services in the broad Justice area, and, as such, do not engage in any significant commercial activity.
