Durkan asked the Minister for Justice and Law Reform if a person (details supplied) in County Donegal can transfer to an alternative hostel in view of ongoing difficulties they are experiencing in their current accommodation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe Reception and Integration Agency (RIA) is responsible for the accommodation of asylum seekers in direct provision. If the person referred to in the question wishes to seek a transfer from his current accommodation, he should complete a transfer request form, available from the centre manager, and send it to the RIA for consideration.
