Ceist:165 Deputy Alan Shatter asked the Minister for Justice and Law Reform, further to Parliamentary Question No. 348 and the letter furnished by him in response to that question, to furnish to this Deputy in reply to this question a copy of the circular referred to in the letter as issued recently by the Irish Prison Service to all prison governors; to state the issue date of such circular; and to furnish a copy and to state the issue date of the previous circular and-or instruction which was replaced by such circular.
