265 Deputy Pádraic McCormack asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the position regarding the granting of a foreshore licence for the proposed Clifden sewerage scheme, County Galway; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [45807/10]
Amharc ar fhreagraI recently granted a foreshore licence to Galway County Council in this case and the papers have been referred to the Chief State Solicitor's Office for completion of the legal formalities. My Department has notified the Council accordingly and has requested them to provide certified maps for attachment to the licence.
