80 Deputy Simon Coveney asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills the position regarding an application by a school (details supplied) in County Cork for funding for an additional classroom; the funding available for this project and the timescale envisaged for the construction and completion of same. The school to which the Deputy refers has made an application for capital funding to construct two classrooms and a Resource Room.

The application is currently under consideration and a decision will issue shortly to the Board of Management of the school.
