104 Deputy David Stanton asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills the number of inquiries currently taking place pertaining to certification of courses relating to FÁS; the bodies or persons carrying out any such investigations; when she expects any such investigations to be complete; and if she will make a statement on the matter. FETAC is currently conducting an examination of the processes underpinning the requesting of certificates by FÁS from FETAC. It is doing so with the full co-operation of FÁS. The examination commenced in November and is expected to be completed shortly.
