253 Deputy John McGuinness asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if a full medical card will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; the reason the card was not issued on renewal in view of the fact that the case for the card was already established when the original card was issued; if the person’s spouse will also be included on the card as the spouse too has medical problems and if she will expedite the matter.
