442 Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food the reason for the delay in full processing of area aid and single farm payments in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Monaghan; when he expects full payment of these grants; when REP scheme grant payment be processed for the person; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the 2010 Single Payment Scheme/Disadvantaged Area Scheme was received from the person named on 10 May 2010. The 50% advance payment under the Single Payment Scheme, which issued on 18 October, the further 30% payment under the same Scheme, which issued on 1 December, as well as the 75% advance payment under the Disadvantaged Area Scheme which issued on 21 September, were on the basis of those parcels cleared for payment at that stage, as a number of other land parcels listed on the application of the person named required re-digitisation. This process was completed and the balancing payments under both the Single Payment and Disadvantaged Areas Schemes have issued to the applicant. The REPS application from the person named has been processed and payment will issue shortly.
443 Deputy John O’Donoghue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Kerry will receive their REP scheme payment. [3382/11]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy officials have been in contact with the person named by letter dated 18th January, 2011. The REPS payment application cannot be further progressed until a reply is received to that letter.
