170 Deputy Michael D’Arcy asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills the position regarding the planned new post-primary school for an area (details supplied); if it is on schedule; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [3936/11]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe school to which the Deputy refers will commence operation next September. A tender competition is currently underway for the provision of a temporary solution, pending the completion of the permanent building under my Department's Public Private Partnership (PPP) programme. With regard to the PPP project it is anticipated this will be completed in time for the start of the 2013/14 academic year.
