267 Deputy Ciarán Lynch asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the funds that have been allocated to local authorities in 2011 specifically for the purpose of facilitating tenants wishing to downsize; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6667/11]
Amharc ar fhreagraThere are no funds specifically designated under the Social Housing Investment Programme for the purpose of facilitating local authority tenants wishing to downsize. A number of housing authorities, however, have traditionally operated such schemes within their overall housing programmes.
