116 Deputy Michelle Mulherin asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if he will sign and make effective two Statutory Instruments made by the Rules of the Superior Courts committee, namely, the Rules of the Superior Courts (Lodgement of Documents) dated 23 July 2009 and the Rules of the Superior Courts (costs of Judgement in Default of Appearance) dated 30 October 2008.
