74 Deputy Jack Wall asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the position regarding a review application for the right of permanent residence in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7155/11]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am advised by the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS) that a request by the applicant for a review of the decision in this case was received on 23rd February, 2011. The EU Treaty Rights Review section of INIS wrote to the applicant on 5th April, 2011 advising them that the application had been received. Each application for review is examined on its own merits and a decision on the outcome of this review will be communicated as soon as possible.
