398 Deputy David Stanton asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of public orthopaedic patients who have secured surgery under the national treatment purchase scheme in 2008, 2009, 2010 and to date in 2011 respectively; the locations where this surgery was carried out; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
