Amharc ar fhreagraThe National Vetting Bureau Bill will provide a statutory basis for the vetting of all applicants for employment and employees working with children. The Bill will provide for vetting to identify information relating to the endangerment, sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, or risk thereof, to children.
The Office of the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, in conjunction with the Department of Justice and Law Reform is preparing the Heads of the Bill and general scheme for submission to Government at the earliest possible date.
