121 Deputy Simon Harris asked the Minister for Social Protection the reason there has been a reduction in rent allowance on a property (details supplied); the criteria for rent allowance; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [12029/11]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Health Service Executive has advised that it has received correspondence from the landlord in relation to the rent limit applicable to the property in question and has further advised that the matters raised are under review. A reply will issue to the landlord of the accommodation concerned in due course.
