127 Deputy Ciarán Lynch asked the Minister for Social Protection, further to Parliamentary Question No. 196 of 7 June 2011, regarding an appeal in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Cork for payment of an exceptional needs payment in respect of a deposit, the reason correspondence supplied was not classed as such an appeal; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
