307 Deputy Joe McHugh asked the Minister for Social Protection the names of the State boards whose memberships are determined by her Department; and the date on which each of these memberships is due for renewal or appointment. [24964/11]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe three statutory bodies operating under the aegis of the Department are the Social Welfare Tribunal, the Citizens Information Board and the Pensions Board. In addition, the Office of the Pensions Ombudsman comes under the remit of the Department but it does not have a board.
