418 Deputy Jonathan O’Brien asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if he will supply a list of registered Commissioners for Oaths for Cork City from 1987 to 1994; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25039/11]
Amharc ar fhreagraI wish to inform the Deputy that as Minister I have no function in the appointment of Commissioners for Oaths which is entirely a matter for the Chief Justice. However, the Courts Service has assured me that they would be happy to assist the Deputy with his enquiries.
