503 Deputy Jack Wall asked the Minister for Health if a person (details supplied) in County Wicklow will qualify to have an operation under the National Treatment Purchase Fund; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24877/11]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe National Treatment Purchase fund is not currently accepting direct referrals. Its role is being considered in the context of the development of the Special Delivery Unit which it will support. Furthermore, as this is a service matter, it has been referred to the Health Service Executive for direct referral.
