Ceist:515 Deputy Seán Kyne asked the Minister for Health if emotionally unstable personality disorder is a condition which qualifies for treatment under the E 112 treatment abroad scheme; and if the decision to refuse treatment in the UK in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Galway will be reviewed in view of the seriousness of the illness.
