103 Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection if an entitlement to contributory State old age pension exists in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [26653/11]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person concerned has reached pension age. The Department has not received a claim for State pension (contributory) from him. A claim form has been sent to him and on receipt of the completed claim form, his entitlement to pension will be fully examined and he will be notified of the outcome without delay.
