428 Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 246 of 24 May 2011, the status of his review of the guidance given to local authorities on the social housing entitlements of persons holding Stamp 4. My Department has been liaising with the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service to review the guidance to local authorities on these issues. The revised guidance will be issued as soon as possible.
