541 Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health the position regarding an appeal on the refusal to extend a medical card application in respect of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 15; and if this will be expedited in view of the fact that the original decision was taken in May 2011 and the lengthy process is causing much stress.
