554 Deputy Ciara Conway asked the Minister for Health the position regarding the transfer of Health Service Executive personnel, particularly regarding if transfers have been stopped, even if a post has been filled in the current area where a worker and a vacancy is available in the area they have requested to be transferred to; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
