Ceist:649 Deputy Joan Collins asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if all local authorities submitted their revised restoration improvement three-year programme, restoration improvement schemes maps, restoration maintenance schemes forms to the National Roads Authority by 16 March 2011, in compliance with the contents of circular RLR 2/2011; the local authorities, if any, that did not submit the required documentation by 16 March 2011; if road restoration improvement or road restoration maintenance grants were withheld as a result; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
