Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the 2011 Disadvantaged Areas Scheme/Single Payment Scheme was received from the person named on 12 May 2011, following processing of which, payments under both Schemes issued to the applicant on 1 November.

Connaughton asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason an area-based payment and single farm payment has not been paid in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Galway; when it will be paid; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the Single Payment Scheme/Disadvantaged Areas Scheme was received from the person named on 16 May 2011. This application was selected for and was the subject of a Ground Eligibility/Cross Compliance Inspection. This inspection was completed and the results have now been processed. Payment under the Disadvantaged Area Scheme and a 50% advance payment under the Single Payment Scheme will issue without delay. The balancing payment under the Single Payment Scheme will issue in December.

Amharc ar fhreagraWhile an application under the 2011 Single Payment Scheme was received from the person named on 20 April 2011, as validation of this application is not complete, payment has not yet issued. Immediately validation is completed, payment will issue shortly thereafter.

Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the 2011 Single Payment Scheme/Disadvantaged Areas Scheme was received from the person named on 9 April 2011, following processing of which, and notwithstanding the circumstances as outlined by the Deputy, an over-claim on one of the parcels declared by the person named remains to be resolved. The person named was written to recently in this regard and, on receipt of a satisfactory reply, the application will be immediately further processed, with a view to the appropriate payments issuing shortly thereafter.
409 Deputy Martin Ferris asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a single farm payment and a disadvantaged area grant will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry. [32014/11]
Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the 2011 Single Payment Scheme/Disadvantaged Areas Scheme was received from the person named on 5 May 2011, following processing of which, payment of the 50% advance of the Single Payment issued on 17 October. Payment under the Disadvantaged Areas Scheme is due to issue in the coming days.
