171 Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection when payment will issue in respect of one-parent family payment or a basic social welfare payment in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [38513/11]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person concerned was requested to provide additional information in support of her application for one parent family payment. A decision will be made on her application when she furnishes all documents requested. Her application for supplementary welfare allowance was refused as she failed to provide information requested. She has appealed this decision to the social welfare appeals office.
