Ceist:472 Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn asked the Minister for Health in view of the fact that Letterkenny General Hospital, County Donegal, is one of the most efficiently run hospitals here, whether the fact that it will face an €8 million overspend in its 2011 budget suggests that the budget provided to it is completely inadequate.
