503 Deputy Terence Flanagan asked the Minister for Health, further to Parliamentary Question No. 212 of 24 November 2011, if he will give an update regarding a death at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin, (details supplied) and if he will make a statement on the matter. [39965/11]
Amharc ar fhreagraI arranged for the Deputy's earlier question to be forwarded to the HSE for investigation and reply. I understand from the HSE that the hospital referred to has written to the person concerned with regard to having the particular case referred to by the Deputy examined under the complaints procedure.
